Overview

We're seeking a Product Designer to join us, to help redefine how people search, explore, and interact with the world's information. You will solve complex problems that span both web and mobile, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape end-to-end experiences that are both user-focused and technically sound. Responsibilities

- Ship world-class experiences that delight consumers with an emphasis on craft, quality, trust, and positive user and societal impact.
- Own a product area and be responsible for understanding user needs and behaviours, defining product requirements, managing end-to-end product development, launches and iterations.
- Deliver design excellence in the form of user flows, prototypes, and end-to-end journeys.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights that can help influence product and design strategy.
- Cross-functional communication and dependency management, scoping and scheduling, and seeing through implementation by collaborating with engineering through the finish line.

Qualifications

- Min. 5 years of professional experience, strong interaction and visual design skills, and a solid understanding of user-centered design.
- A portfolio that blends craft and curiosity,



demonstrating strong design skills as well as strategic product thinking.
- A proven track record of solving complex problems with creativity and clarity.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage user research and data - both qualitative and quantitative - to design adaptive and personalized experiences at scale.
- Good storytelling and communication skills.
- Prior experience of conducting research for informing product and design decisions.
