This role focuses on supporting Adobe's Semrush M&A; integration by managing and troubleshooting Workday EIB loads, ensuring data accuracy and issue resolution, and assisting with offer letter automation.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and troubleshoot Workday EIB loads including Hire and Offer transactions.
- Identify and resolve errors and data issues independently during EIB loading processes.
- Assist in offer letter generation using Microsoft PowerAutomate following Adobe's training.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of Semrush into Adobe’s Workday workplace.
- Maintain data integrity and support continuous process improvement for Workday transactions.
Required skills and experience
- 3 to 8 years of experience with Workday HCM,
specifically in EIB loading and error resolution.
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules relevant to Hire and Offer processes.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data and load errors within Workday.
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerAutomate or willingness to quickly learn through provided training.

- Exposure to M&A; integration projects within Workday environments.
- Experience automating HR processes using PowerAutomate or similar tools.
- Prior involvement in offshore operational roles supporting enterprise HR systems.
