- UI/UX, interaction & visual/graphic design
- Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & Dreamweaver
- Technical/content design and translating complex technical information into simple content
- Information architecture, content organization and taxonomy
- Presentations and stakeholder communication
- Prototyping and user-centered design
- B2B/BI, dashboards & data visualization exposure is an added advantage
- QlikView/Qlik Sense exposure is a plus
