Manager, Strategic Relationship Management | Alliance Team

The Alliance Manager supports execution of strategic alliance priorities under the direction of US-based alliance leadership for the Audit & Assurance Alliances team. Based in our USI delivery centers, this role serves as an execution and coordination resource, working closely with US-based alliance leads to support day-to-day alliance operations, governance, reporting, and go-to-market priorities. The Alliance Manager will bring strong program management, research, internal coordination, and reporting capabilities to help advance alliance priorities through consistent, high-quality operational support and scalable deliverables. This role is primarily focused on internal operational support and execution for the US Alliances team and is not expected to directly manage client, alliance partner, or vendor relationships.

As a Manager, Strategic Relationship Management in the CI&G; Alliance team, you will be an integral part of the team.

You’ll be expected to:

Strategic Support &

• Planning

- Support execution of alliance strategic priorities, annual planning cycles, and priority initiative tracking in coordination with US-based alliance leadership
- Help convert defined alliance priorities into actionable plans, including account research, prospect analysis, and internal follow-up actions
- Contribute to prioritization and tracking of alliance activities for internal team planning purposes

Stakeholder Engagement &

• Relationship Management

- Develop effective working relationships with US-based Deloitte alliance teams, USI shared services, and cross-functional stakeholders across time zones
- Coordinate operating cadences including recurring meetings, status updates, and leadership briefings; prepare agendas, track actions, and ensure follow-through
- Serve as a coordination point of contact for USI-supported activities, proactively resolving issues and managing competing priorities

Governance &

• Performance Monitoring

- Support preparation for quarterly business reviews, executive briefings, and other governance activities, including slide decks, data summaries, and speaker materials
- Track alliance metrics, pipeline activity, training and certification compliance, and partner program requirements




- Prepare executive-ready reporting and dashboards; ensure alignment with Firm processes and operational standards

Go-to-Market &

• Cross-Functional Coordination

- Identify and support cross-sell and integrated go-to-market opportunities in coordination with US industries, offerings, sales, and marketing teams
- Coordinate with USI marketing, design, and content teams to support alliance collateral and knowledge assets

Alliance Execution, Communications &

• Market Activation

- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and coordinate with shared services teams to produce consistent, repeatable, and scalable alliance outputs
- Support planning and logistics for market activations, including virtual and in-person conferences, roundtables, and alliance events (including US-based events where USI coordination support is required)
- Manage alliance tools, trackers, and repositories; ensure materials are current and accessible to stakeholders across geographies

The Team The Audit &

• Assurance Alliances team helps build an ecosystem between Deloitte and its alliance technology partners (Oracle, IBM, Snowflake, etc.—14 at the moment), strengthening relationships with external technology and business partners to help Deloitte grow and turn multi-alliance opportunities into faster, larger wins.

Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications Required:

- Deloitte USI Manager (or equivalent grade) with experience in alliance management, strategic programs, or go-to-market initiatives
- Strong executive communication skills, with demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality written deliverables and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Proven experience working across geographies and time zones in a matrixed or global delivery workplace
- Excellent program management and operational execution skills; able to manage multiple workstreams with limited oversight

Preferred:

- Prior experience supporting US-based teams or clients in a Deloitte USI or global delivery model
- Background in audit, assurance, technology alliances,



or professional services go-to-market is advantageous
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and across senior stakeholder groups
