About the role

We are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant with expertise in Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) and ForgeRock Access Management (AM) to design, implement, and support enterprise Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions that ensure secure authentication and identity lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise IAM and CIAM solutions leveraging Ping AIC and ForgeRock AM.
- Configure and manage authentication mechanisms including SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, and federation protocols.
- Develop and customize authentication journeys, access policies, and identity workflows using JavaScript within ForgeRock and Ping environments.
- Integrate applications using standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for application onboarding, security assessments, and troubleshooting cloud-based identity deployments.

Required skills and experience

- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or Customer Identity (CIAM) consulting.




- Advanced proficiency with Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) and ForgeRock Access Management, including federation and policy enforcement.
- Strong JavaScript skills for scripting authentication flows and API integrations.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and deployment of cloud-hosted IAM solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security, or related field.
- Experience working in agile environments with effective communication and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

- Certifications in ForgeRock, Ping Identity, or IAM technologies.
- Experience migrating legacy IAM platforms to ForgeRock or Ping solutions.
- Knowledge of API security, Zero Trust architecture, and up-to-date identity frameworks.
- Experience with Java SpringBoot and REST API development.
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices and cloud-native security controls.
