ROLE OVERVIEW

WealthNest is an AI-powered Family Office app that helps Indian families track and manage their wealth across investments, insurance, income tax, and inheritance, through a single, simple interface built for every emerging and affluent household in a rising India.

We are looking for a Product Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience to design complete mobile experiences for our app. Financial information is detailed and complex, and most finance apps present all of it at once. Our aim is the opposite: to present complex financial information in a way that is simple and easy to understand. You will work closely with the Product Manager and the Flutter engineering team, and your designs will reach users within weeks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design complete mobile experiences for iOS and Android, from first draft to final build
- Convert user needs and product requirements into simple, clear designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens in Figma
- Design screens that carry large amounts of information, such as portfolios, policy documents, statements, dashboards, and insights
- Work with Product Managers and engineers through specification, handover, and testing of the build
- Conduct user research and usability testing, and improve the designs based on the findings
- Build and maintain the WealthNest.AI design system across the app and the website
- Take full ownership of the screens assigned to you, including how they perform after release

REQUIREMENTS:

Must Have

- 2 to 3 years of product, UI, or UX design experience, preferably in mobile apps
- Positive understanding of mobile design patterns and interaction design on iOS and Android
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping
- Robust visual design and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain design decisions clearly and work well with other teams
- A degree, or equivalent practical experience, in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field

Nice to Have

- Experience in fintech, wealth management, or other products with a lot of data
- Familiarity with Flutter, and an understanding of what is easy or difficult to build
- Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA, colour contrast, text scaling,



and screen readers
- Experience with motion and micro-interaction design using Rive, Lottie, or After Effects
- Skills in illustration, iconography, or brand design
- Interest in how Indian families manage their money
