About The Role

Great products dont start with a screen - they start with a question: what is this person actually trying to do Thats where you come in. Were looking for a UX Designer who thinks in flows and journeys, not just layouts - someone who can turn ambiguity into a clear, intuitive experience.

This is a core UX design and architecture role, built for someone who specialises in UX, not just UI. Youll own experience strategy end-to-end for our mobile and enterprise web products - partnering with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Customer Success teams on high-stakes projects for global clients, from the very first spark of an idea to final delivery.

Expect real ownership and real influence: youll shape how our products are used, evolve how we design as a team, and mentor the designers coming up behind you.

What This Role Actually Looks Like

- You Own the Experience Strategy: You can jump into a project and own the experience strategy from start to finish.
- You Bring Deep UX Expertise: You have an expert-level understanding of design patterns as applied to interface design for mobile and enterprise products, along with a profound knowledge of UX fundamentals and advanced concepts.
- You Have Advanced Interaction Design Skills: You design interactions that feel intuitive and are grounded in strong UX principles, not just visual polish.
- You Work Independently and As a Team:



Youre comfortable driving your own work while staying closely aligned with the wider team.
- You Champion Style Guides: Youre passionate about style guides and ensure theyre used consistently throughout the design process.
- You Understand How Teams Ship: You understand development methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, and how they apply to the UX process.

This Role Is For You If
- A degree in Art, Computer Science, or a related field, backed by 4+ years of hands-on core UX experience.
- Communication that works in both directions - you write and speak with clarity, and youre just as comfortable holding your own in front of a client as you are in a design crit.
- A problem-solvers instinct. Design thinking isnt a buzzword for you - its how you approach ambiguity.
- Some experience leading or mentoring others, and the natural confidence of someone who can take charge when a project needs direction.
- Range across the full product lifecycle, from early discovery and wireframes through lo-fi/hi-fi visuals, prototyping, and clean hand-off to dev.
- Fluency in Figma for high-fidelity Android, iOS, and web design - including the discipline to hand off complete specs and assets, not just pretty screens.
