Role: US Technical Recruiter
Location: Indore (Onsite)
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Experience: 3–6 Years (US IT / Non-IT Recruitment)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end US Recruitment.
- Source top talent using Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
- Manage complex requirements across W2, C2C, and 1099 models.
- Collaborate with Internal teams to hit hiring targets.
- Own the candidate journey: from screening and negotiation to onboarding.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of solid US staffing experience.
- Deep understanding of US tax terms and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ready to crush it on the US night shift.
