Role Description This full time, on-site US Non-IT Recruiter role is based in Ahmedabad and focuses on end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions supporting US-based clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine profiles.

The recruiter will manage the full hiring process, from posting job ads and maintaining candidate pipelines to scheduling interviews, facilitating feedback,



and supporting offer negotiations. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, using applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with TGC Digital’s values and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Candidates should possess experience in Recruiting and Hiring for US-based non-IT roles, with familiarity in working across multiple job families.
- Candidates should possess exposure to IT Recruitment or Technical Recruiting as an added advantage, even though the primary focus is non-IT.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in English, strong stakeholder management abilities, and proficiency with ATS and job boards.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with prior experience recruiting for US shifts or international clients.
