Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven US IT Recruiter / Technical Headhunter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sourcing and engaging top technical talent, particularly for software engineering, AI/ML, and emerging technology roles.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT and technical positions.
- Recruit for Software Engineering, Development, AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, and AI Engineering roles.
- Source talent for specialized positions, including Applied Scientists and Research Scientists.
- Leverage LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and talent mapping to identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong passive candidate pipelines.
- Engage, screen, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.




- Collaborate with account managers and hiring teams to understand requirements and deliver qualified profiles.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or Headhunter .
- Hands-on experience recruiting for Software Engineering and Development roles.
- Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, or AI Engineering hiring.
- Exposure to Applied Scientist or Research Scientist recruitment is a plus.
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
- Solid understanding of the US IT recruitment market.
- Excellent communication, screening, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
