We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for opportunities across the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, Ceipal, JobDiva , and other platforms.
- Recruit for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire IT positions.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, work authorization, availability, and compensation .
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and pipelines in the ATS.
- Work closely with Account Managers/clients to understand requirements and ensure timely submissions.
- Meet recruitment and submission targets while maintaining candidate quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for technical/IT positions .
- Positive understanding of the US staffing recruitment process .
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication .
- Experience working with ATS/CRM systems .
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift .
Preferred
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
