Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM 4:00 AM

Experience: 1+ Years

MSP/VMS Experience: Mandatory

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Recruiters with experience in US Staffing to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across IT, Non-IT & Healthcare domains and be comfortable working with MSP/VMS-based requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients.
- Source, screen, qualify, and submit candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and referrals.
- Handle MSP/VMS requirements while meeting SLA-driven delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.




- Ensure high-quality candidate submissions and maintain recruitment metrics.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in US Staffing Recruitment.
- MSP/VMS experience is mandatory.
- Experience recruiting for Financial Services, Pharma, Engineering, or Utility domains.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099 and Full-Time hiring models.
- Experience recruiting across IT, Non-IT and/or Healthcare domains.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools such as CEIPAL, JobDiva, or Bullhorn is an added advantage.
