- Minimum 1+ year of experience in US IT full lifecycle recruitment including searching, sourcing, screening / conducting telephonic interview, co-ordination and candidate engagement.
- Solid working experience of job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder etc.
- Sound knowledge of various IT skills in the US Job Market tax terms, work authorizations, work types etc.
- Expertise in preparing and using search strings and techniques
- (Boolean, Xray searches etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in suing MS Office (like Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Eye for detail with multi-tasking skills.
