About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in US IT recruitment or a strong interest in building a career in US staffing.
The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating with candidates, and supporting the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, location, and availability.
- Review and screen resumes to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and understand technical skills, experience, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Negotiate compensation/rates and manage candidate expectations where required.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
- Work closely with the recruitment team and management to achieve hiring targets.
- Maintain professionalism and effective communication with candidates and internal teams.
Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing preferred.
- Good understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies and job roles is preferred.
- Willingness to work in the US shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
- Willingness to work from the office in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
