- Screen resumes and interview candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Check credentials, licenses, and background requirements.
- Maintain a pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future needs.
- Keep records updated in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide transparent communication and support to candidates throughout the process.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience (USA healthcare preferred).
- Good knowledge of healthcare roles and compliance requirements, Visas, 1099, C2C etc.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
