Experience: 3+ Years in US Healthcare Staffing
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home)
Working Hours: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (US Eastern Time)
Working Days: Thursday – Tuesday (Wednesday Off)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
What We Need
Proven experience in US healthcare recruitment and sourcing.
Solid proficiency in using LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS platforms.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a night-shift environment.
