- Salary: Freshers: ₹15,000 | Experienced: ₹35,000–₹40,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day US bookkeeping and accounting activities.
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Perform bank and credit-card reconciliations.
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate account classification.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and bookkeeping schedules.
- Review transactions and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
- Maintain organized documentation and supporting financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for required accounting information.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Knowledge of US Accounting / US Bookkeeping is an advantage.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero or similar accounting software preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
