- Source top talent for various healthcare positions through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other sources.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to US staffing industry.

- 1-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or US Healthcare Recruitment.
