Preferred Qualification

- IBBI Registered Valuer (Preferred)
- Civil Engineer / Architect / Real Estate Professional
- Strong expertise in Retail & Real Estate Valuation

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor valuation operations across Punjab, Chandigarh & Haryana region.
- Ensure high-quality valuation reports with accurate market assessment and compliance standards.
- Manage and supervise technical valuation teams and regional operations.
- Review, finalize, and validate complex retail and real estate valuation reports.
- Develop strong relations with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, and corporate clients.
- Drive business expansion and strengthen client relationships across the region.
- Monitor TAT, operational efficiency, and team productivity.
- Guide and mentor valuation teams on technical standards, market trends, and compliance.




- Maintain strong knowledge of market values, real estate trends, legal documentation, and local bye-laws.
- Handle escalations, client queries, and critical valuation cases independently.
- Strategically identify growth opportunities and generate new business for the organization.
- Ensure adherence to banking, risk, and technical guidelines in all valuation processes.
- Represent the organization professionally during client meetings and business discussions.

Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Real Estate & Retail Valuation
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of property market dynamics and valuation methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and business development abilities
- Ability to handle regional operations independently
