1. Rate Negotiation with overseas agent, shipping lines and co-loaders.
2. Build carrier relationship and ensure pricing is in line with the market requirement.
3. Ensure that each completed quote is discussed with the key personnel at the branch/ location explaining the quote strategy and provide input as to how to sell the deal in order to close it.
4. Excellent carrier relationships, be able to negotiate special deals with the carriers.
5. Should be handling RFQ rates and negotiation.
6. Analysing queries from the sales team and should be responsible for negotiate pricing with overseas agents, shipping lines and vendors.
7. Taking competitive cost from carrier/ airline/ overseas agents.
8. Comparison and quote to the respective salesperson, reworking after the feedback received.
9. Better conversion of queries into shipping orders.

Must have well versed in taking rate from overseas agents to understand the market price and given best price to the customer to meet their target.
11. Need to keep follow-up with customers and sales team for feedback.
12. Must be well versed with the market of current developments which can be dedicated to the sales team for better selling.
13.Need be update RFQ sheet for assigned customers.
1. Need to be liaising and collaborating with our foreign counterparts for rates etc.

1. Candidate should be from hardcore Export Pricing.
2. Must have very good communication skill in English.
3. Must be a team player.
4. Rate Negotiation & Vendor Management.
5. Candidate must have to meet deadlines in terms of sharing quotes.
6. Candidate should be from Freight Forwarding Background Only.
