Key Responsibilities:

- Independently handle end-to-end MF operational processes.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reconciliations.

- Monitor exceptions, identify discrepancies, and resolve them.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, RTAs, custodians, and banks.

- Support audits, compliance checks, and reporting requirements.

- Guide and support Associates in daily activities.

- Oversee critical operational activities and complex transactions.

- Perform advanced reconciliations and ensure zero operational risk.

- Ensure SLA adherence and process efficiency.

- Act as a key point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.

- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports.

- Support process improvement initiatives and automation efforts.

Skills & Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of Mutual Fund & Banking Operations.

- Strong understanding of compliance, risk, and audit requirements.

- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
