: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while working closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams. The ideal candidate should have strong client-facing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in Agile project environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Functional Specifications.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement workshops.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Facilitate UAT and support project delivery.
- Manage project tracking, reporting, and risk identification.
- Work directly with international clients and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong experience in Requirement Gathering and Documentation.
- Expertise in BRD, FRD, User Stories, and UAT.
- Agile/Scrum and SDLC experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder and client management abilities.
- Experience working with international clients.
Preferred:
- Exposure to AI-assisted development practices.
- Project Coordination/Project Management experience.
- Experience across multiple business domains.
Location Preference: Candidates willing to work from Puducherry will be preferred.
