Job Profile

- Must have Knowledge of CRS (Computerized Reservation System) Galileo and Amadeus.

- Shall have Diploma in Travel Tourism / IATA Courses etc.

- Handle Independently Domestic & International Air Tickets.

- Attend query on Phone, in person and in Mails.

- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that arise with bookings or travel plans in a timely and skilled manner.

- Handling flight changes and cancellation, Maintaining DSR.

- In addition to Air Ticket shall render assistance in Visa, Issue travel Insurance and Basic Knowledge of Tours.

- Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal Skill.

Qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of travel industry standards and procedures, including IATA regulations.

- Proven experience in the travel industry, with a strong focus on airline ticketing for international and group travel.
