Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Junior System Engineer to provide L1/L2 support through ticketing systems. The candidate will be responsible for incident management, service request fulfillment, user support, basic system administration, and timely ticket resolution while adhering to SLA commitments.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage IT support tickets through ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, Freshservice, or other ticketing tools.
- Handle user incidents, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs.
- Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform Active Directory user administration (user creation, password reset, account unlock, group management).
- Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security,



and application teams for issue resolution.
- Document troubleshooting steps and update ticket status regularly.
- Support software installation, configurations, and system maintenance activities.
- Generate daily/weekly ticket status reports.
- Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and request management processes.

Mandatory Skills
- Experience working on ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, Freshservice, Zendesk, etc.
- Windows 10/11 Administration & Troubleshooting
- Active Directory (User Management)
- Office 365 Support
- Outlook Configuration & Troubleshooting
- VPN and Remote Access Support
- Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
- Incident Management & SLA Handling
- End User Support / Service Desk Operations

Preferred Skills
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID
- Microsoft Teams Administration
- Remote Support Tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Bomgar)
- Basic PowerShell knowledge
