About the Role

HR Solutions is looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various non-IT positions, including leadership and senior-level hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle Non-IT recruitment across different levels and functions.
- Must have hands-on experience in Leadership Hiring / Senior-Level Hiring.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.

-Should have Recruitment Experience in hiring for Various Domains like Manufacturing, Fintech , Oil and Gas, Lab Testing Companies,Finance Industry etc.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess skills, experience, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers and candidates.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer negotiation, joining formalities, and candidate closures.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Understand client requirements and deliver relevant profiles within defined timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Work closely with the team to achieve individual and organizational hiring targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in Leadership Hiring and Senior-Level Recruitment is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Experience in recruitment consultancy/staffing is preferred.
