We are looking for an experienced Archer Developer with strong hands-on experience in RSA Archer development, configuration, workflows, and integrations, along with solid Banking – Operational Risk domain experience.

Key Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on RSA Archer Development
- Strong Archer application configuration and development
- Archer Workflows, Advanced Workflows & DDEs
- Archer APIs and REST APIs
- Data Feeds & Scheduled Jobs
- Archer Dashboards
- ETL / Data Management / SSIS
- Role-Based Access Control and Queue Management
- Experience with Archer architecture, scalability, HA & DR
Banking & Operational Risk Experience Mandatory
Candidates must have strong experience in Banking / Financial Services, particularly:
- Operational Risk processes
- Experience working in regulated environments is an advantage
Additional Requirements
- Strong Agile / Scrum experience
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Development, SIT, and Production Support teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant engineering discipline
- Archer certification is an advantage
Ideal Candidate
10–16 years overall experience + 5+ years Archer + Banking + Operational Risk + RCSA + Incident Management + KRI experience
Candidates should be currently based in Bengaluru and comfortable working remotely during the specified UAE working hours.
