Key Responsibilities:

- Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned upcountry markets.

- Identify and develop recent markets, towns, rural areas and potential dealer/sub-dealer points.

- Expand and strengthen the dealer/sub-dealer network for better market coverage.

- Lead, train and monitor the performance of the field sales team.

- Plan and execute rural activities such as melas, roadshows, exchange camps, test-drive camps and BTL activities.

- Generate enquiries and improve lead conversion and retail sales.

- Track competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.

- Develop relationships with dealers, financiers, local institutions and key customers.

- Monitor dealership-wise performance, market share and sales gaps and prepare action plans.

- Ensure regular field visits and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
