Key Responsibilities
Recruit and build a productive team of Financial Advisors.
Train, mentor, and motivate advisors on products, sales processes, and business development.
¢ Drive life insurance sales through the advisor network.
¢ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
¢ Support advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
¢ Ensure quality business sourcing and compliance with company policies.
¢ Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
¢ Build robust customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
¢ Identify market opportunities and implement growth strategies.
¢ Maintain business reports and performance dashboards.
Eligibility
¢ Graduate in any discipline.
¢ Experience in Sales, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or Team Handling preferred.
¢ Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
