- Graduate/MBA or relevant qualification preferred.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in team management or operations preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the assigned unit.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the team to achieve targets.
- Plan and allocate work among team members.
- Monitor performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer and operational issues effectively.
- Coordinate with management and other departments.
- Prepare reports and track unit performance.
- Ensure discipline, quality, and company policies are maintained.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
