NYou have spent 3–6 years designing products that real users love, consumer apps,

NSaaS platforms, or both, and you know what it takes to get from a fuzzy problem to a

Npolished, shipped experience.

NYou will own design end-to-end across our mobile and web products, establish and

Nevolve our design system,and set the bar for quality across the team. As we grow,

Nyou will have the opportunity to mentor junior designers and help build the design

Nfunction from the ground up.

NResponsibilities:

N- Own end-to-end design for mobile (iOS & Android) and web, from

Ndiscovery and wireframes to final UI and handoff.

N- Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, elegant

Nexperiences.

n- Run user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform

Ndesign decisions.

- Balance user needs withbusiness constraints and technical feasibility.

- Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system and component

nlibrary across weband mobile.

N- Define design principles, patterns, and guidelines for consistent product

Nexperiences.

n- Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align on goals and

Npriorities.

n- Present design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical

Naudiences.

n- Mentor junior and mid-level designers and help define design processes

Nas the team scales.

nRequirements:

N- Proven experience designing B2C apps and SaaS products, from





Nconsumer-grade usability to complex dashboards and multi-user

Nworkflows.

n- Deepproficiency in Figma, components, auto-layout, prototyping, and

Ndesign tokens.

- Solid understanding of mobile design patterns for iOS and Android.

- Solid grasp of responsive web design and accessibility standards.

- Experience building a design system from scratch.

- Strong visual design skills, typography, color, spacing, and motion.

- Ability to conduct userresearch and usability testing and translate

nfindings into design decisions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Designed and shipped AI-powered products where AI is core to the user

nexperience, not just a feature.

N- Actively uses AI tools in the design workflow, v0, Framer AI, Cursor,

NGalileo, or similar.

n- Has built working product prototypes using AI-assisted tools, beyond

NFigma mockups.

n- Portfolio demonstrates measurable UX impact, retention, activation,

Nengagement, or conversionoutcomes.

N- Can clearly articulate design decisions and the results they drove.
