They should have a solid understanding of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision, and be able to create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems to effectively communicate design ideas.

The candidate should also be skilled in conducting user research, analyzing user behavior and feedback, and incorporating insights to continuously improve the user experience. They should have a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to deliver high-quality designs that align with business objectives.
