Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze user requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design responsive and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement designs.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
- Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Solid proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
- Good understanding of responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of usability testing and user-centered design methodologies.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous UI/UX projects.
