What you will actually do

- Own end-to-end product design for the Eduhubspot platform: user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, edge cases, empty states, error states,etc.

- Build and maintain our design system so the product stays coherent as it grows; components, tokens, states, documentation

- Design new features from a rough problem statement. You will often be the one who defines what the screen should even be

- Bring motion into the product where it earns its place: micro-interactions, transitions, loading and success states, onboarding moments that feel alive rather than decorative

- Prototype quick and often. We would rather see three rough directions on day two than one polished screen on day ten

- Work directly with engineering to make sure what ships matches what was designed, down to the padding

- Support brand and marketing surfaces when a launch demands it: landing pages, launch assets, event collateral, the occasional social or video asset

- Run a continuous audit of our own product; find what is ugly, slow, confusing or dated, and fix it without being asked
