About The Role

Raynetics is seeking a highly skilled UI/UX & Visual Design Engineer based in India to lead the design of our product interfaces, website, and various communication materials. As the sole design professional within the company, you will own the entire visual experience, translating complex technical concepts into intuitive and engaging designs.

Your role involves collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to craft user-centric interfaces that meet high industry standards. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling dashboards, technical decks, marketing collateral, and website elements that effectively communicate our value proposition to customers, partners, and investors. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the visual identity of a deep-tech startup, working in a fast-paced environment where your design work will directly impact product adoption and company growth.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience designing web applications, dashboards, or software products that have been successfully shipped.



A strong portfolio demonstrating at least one complete product interface and one marketing or presentation piece is essential. Proficiency in Figma is required, along with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles such as visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory, with meticulous attention to detail and consistency.

Experience designing pitch decks, technical decks, or marketing collateral is highly desirable. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills are necessary to convert complex technical or business information into clear visual narratives. Candidates must be able to work independently, manage end-to-end design projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong communication skills and the ability to accept and incorporate feedback promptly are critical. Applicants should be based in India and have at least six hours of overlap with the Dutch working hours (approximately 12:30 to 20:00 IST).

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of user interfaces for Raynetics’ products, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with user needs and industry standards.
- Create and maintain design assets for the company’s website, marketing materials, decks, and presentations that effectively communicate our technological innovations and business value.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to translate technical requirements into compelling visual solutions.
- Own the entire design process—from conceptualization and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final implementation.
- Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and materials, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.




- Participate in user research and testing to gather feedback and refine designs for optimal usability and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the quality of deliverables.
- Support the development of technical diagrams, data visualizations, and scientific illustrations as needed.
