We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while understanding the importance of user experience. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing digital solutions that align with our business goals and enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences.
- Utilize findings to inform design decisions and create user personas.
- Wireframing and Prototyping:
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.

UI Design:

- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to bring designs to life.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively.

Usability Testing:

- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement insights from testing into design iterations.

Responsive Design:

- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

Interaction Design:

- Design interactive elements and transitions to enhance the overall user experience.




- Consider micro-interactions that contribute to a seamless user journey.

Visual Design:

- Develop high-fidelity visual designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall aesthetic appeal.

Accessibility:

- Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and create inclusive user experiences.

Stay Updated:

- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Proactively suggest and implement design improvements based on evolving trends.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Experience and proficiency in brochure creation and designing engaging infographics.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Familiarity with video creation tools, such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or other relevant platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UI/UX design projects.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
