Role Description The UI Designer will work on-site in India in a contract role, collaborating with product, development, and content teams to design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, refining visual layouts, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across web and mobile experiences. The role involves translating user and business requirements into clear interface designs, partnering with UX professionals to improve user journeys, and handing off design assets to front-end developers.

The UI Designer will also participate in design reviews, iterate based on feedback,



and support the creation of design systems and style guides for KreedaShala’s digital platforms.

Qualifications

- Strong user interface design skills, including experience with User Interface Design and Visual Design tools and methodologies.
- Ability to create clear, detailed Mockups and wireframes that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and developers.
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and the ability to collaborate on user flows, interaction patterns, and usability improvements.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure designs are feasible and implementation-ready.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment, and effective communication skills.
- Relevant academic background in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience designing interfaces for education, sports, or consumer-facing digital products is an advantage.
