About the Role

nWe are looking for a 2-3years experienced UI/UX Designer who can create modern, intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging digital products. The candidate will work on Web3 platforms, dApps, websites, dashboards, admin panels, web applications, and mobile applications. The role requires strong visual design capabilities together with a practical understanding of user experience and product flows.

nKey Responsibilities

n• Design modern and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

n• Create UI/UX for Web3 platforms, dApps, dashboards, and fintech products.

n• Create wireframes, user journeys, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.

n• Develop interactive prototypes using Figma.

n• Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

n• Create and maintain reusable components and design systems.

n• Design dashboards, admin panels, onboarding processes, forms, authentication flows, and data-heavy interfaces.

n• Convert business and product requirements into intuitive user experiences.

n• Identify UX problems and propose practical design solutions.

n• Collaborate remotely with product managers, developers, and other designers.

n• Prepare structured Figma files and specifications for developer handoff.

n• Review developed interfaces against approved designs and identify inconsistencies.

nRequired Skills

n• Strong expertise in Figma.

n• Strong understanding of UI and UX principles.

n• Experience with wireframing and interactive prototyping.





n• Robust knowledge of responsive web and mobile design.

n• Experience using Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Design Systems.

n• Solid understanding of typography, grids, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy.

n• Understanding of user journeys and information architecture.

n• Ability to simplify complex product flows and data-heavy dashboards.

n• Understanding of developer handoff and basic frontend design constraints.

n• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and remote communication skills.

nWeb3 Knowledge

nExperience designing Web3 products is strongly preferred. Blockchain development knowledge is not required, but the designer should be able to understand Web3 workflows and convert them into straightforward user experiences.

nPreferred Experience

n• Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, SaaS, or technology product design.

n• Experience designing dashboards, dApps, web applications, or mobile applications.

nPortfolio Requirement

nA UI/UX portfolio is mandatory. The portfolio should preferably demonstrate complete user journeys and product flows rather than only individual screens. Experience showcasing dApps, dashboards, SaaS applications, fintech products, mobile applications, or Web3 platforms will be highly preferred.
