Performance Marketing & CRM Manager — Real Estate Company: Wingman Realty Location: Gurugram, Haryana Work Arrangement: On-site Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month Reports To: Founder / Head of Marketing About the Role Wingman Realty is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & CRM Manager to take ownership of our paid lead-generation engine for premium real estate projects. This is not a high-volume agency role managing dozens of accounts. We will run a focused portfolio of campaigns where lead quality and sales conversion matter more than simply generating a large number of leads . Performance marketing is the core responsibility. Given the focused campaign volume, the role will also own CRM operations and WhatsApp automation , ensuring every lead generated is properly captured, nurtured, assigned and followed through the sales funnel. We are prepared to pay a premium for someone who is genuinely robust at performance marketing and understands that success is measured beyond CPL. What You'll Do Plan,



launch and optimise paid lead-generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant platforms for real estate projects. Own campaign structure, audience targeting, budgets, retargeting and ongoing optimisation. Work closely with our video editor and social-media team to continuously test creative, messaging, audiences and landing-page concepts . Track meaningful commercial metrics including CPL, qualified-lead rate, cost per qualified lead, appointment/site-visit rate and cost per booking . Set up and manage WhatsApp automation for lead nurturing, follow-ups and re-engagement. Own CRM configuration and day-to-day funnel hygiene, including lead sources, stages, assignments, follow-up tasks and automation rules. Ensure no lead sits untouched without an owner and a clear next-action date. Work closely with the sales team to understand actual lead quality and use that feedback to improve
