The platform allows users to create multiple sub-agents and switch between them seamlessly during live conversations. It supports agentic flow and a Mixture of Experts–driven approach. Its no-code interface makes it easier for partners to build and scale AI agents quickly.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone to design, build, and scale backend systems using TypeScript. You will own major platform features, improve system architecture, and guide development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and develop scalable backend services in TypeScript and Node.js
- Create robust, type-safe API contracts using interfaces, generics, and shared schemas
- Lead development of complex features, integrations, and performance improvements
- Work deeply with MongoDB, including indexing, aggregation pipelines,



and optimization
- Implement unit and integration testing with CI-ready code quality patterns
- Use Redis, message queues, and caching strategies for high-performance systems
- Participate in system design, documentation, and technical decision-making
- Mentor junior engineers

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript (advanced types, generics, utility types)
- Deep Node.js backend experience
- Significant hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, indexes, aggregation, performance tuning)
- Proficiency with NestJS
- Strong API design and domain modeling expertise
- Experience with distributed systems, caching, and asynchronous workflows
- Experience with Docker and deployment pipelines
- Experience with event-driven systems or microservices
- Knowledge of AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Familiarity with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry and Datadog
