Turn Milling Centre Operator

Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Machine Setup: Install chucks, jaws, live cutting tools, and specialized fixtures for combined turning and milling operations.

- Program Management: Load, run, and verify CNC programs, making minor G-code or offset corrections as required.

- Operation & Monitoring: Load raw stock, execute multi-axis cycles, and oversee machining to prevent tool wear or collisions.

- Quality Inspection: Measure finished components using precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.

- Maintenance & Safety: Keep the work area clean, perform routine preventive machine maintenance, and follow safety rules.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
