Role Description The TRF Unit Incharge is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon responsible for overseeing daily operations at the dry waste or transfer and resource facility (TRF). This role includes planning and supervising waste sorting and processing activities, monitoring equipment usage, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards. The unit incharge will manage staff schedules, allocate tasks, and support training to maintain productivity and quality.

The role also involves coordinating with logistics teams, maintaining operational records, tracking material recovery and dispatch, and reporting key performance indicators to management.



The individual will troubleshoot operational issues, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with local regulatory and company guidelines.

Qualifications

- Operational management skills, including supervision of onsite teams, workflow planning, and daily facility coordination.
- Basic technical understanding of waste processing equipment, material handling, and maintenance coordination.
- Knowledge of waste management practices, safety protocols, and relevant environmental or municipal regulations.
- Strong record-keeping, reporting, and data monitoring abilities to track volumes, quality, and operational performance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with team members, vendors, and local authorities.
- Ability to work in an on-site, physically active environment and respond quickly to operational issues.
- Prior experience in waste management, facility operations, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum of a relevant diploma or degree (e.g., environmental science, engineering, operations management) is advantageous.
