We are looking for a target-oriented Travel Sales Consultant / Senior BDE to handle travel enquiries, understand customer requirements and convert leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic & international travel enquiries.
- Understand customer needs, preferences and budget.
- Recommend and customize suitable travel packages/itineraries.
- Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Stay updated on international destinations, pricing and travel trends.
- Have basic knowledge of visa processes and documentation.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in International/Domestic Travel Sales.
- Strong destination knowledge and communication skills.
- Valuable negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business or relevant field preferred.
