About the Opportunity

We are expanding our travel operations team and hiring across multiple verticals—from ticketing and visa to domestic & international packages, MICE, hotels, and CRM-driven operations.

Whether you're a GDS ticketing expert, a destination specialist, a MICE operations pro, or a visa & documentation ninja—if you live and breathe travel, we want to hear from you.

We are building a team of owners, not order-takers—people who solve problems, negotiate hard, and deliver flawless travel experiences.

? Open Verticals (Apply to the one that fits you best)

1️⃣ Ticketing Executive (Domestic + International)

- GDS expertise: Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre (mandatory).
- Issue, reissue, void, refund, and exchange tickets.
- Find the lowest logical fares via GDS, NDC, consolidators & airline desks.
- 24x7 availability for urgent ticket modifications.

2️⃣ Domestic & Short-Haul Operations Executive
- End-to-end execution: India + Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan.
- Vendor & DMC negotiation for hotels, cabs, sightseeing, and activities.
- Costing, itinerary building, and on-ground crisis management.

3️⃣ International Operations Executive (Long-Haul)
- Destinations: Europe, USA, Australia, Southeast Asia, Middle East.
- DMC coordination, visa documentation, and complex itinerary execution.
- MICE & corporate group handling across global destinations.

4️⃣ Visa & Documentation Executive
- Manage visa applications for Schengen, UK,



USA, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Thailand.
- Embassy liaising, appointment scheduling, document verification & tracking.
- Ensure 100% accuracy and timely approvals.

5️⃣ MICE & Corporate Operations Executive
- Execute corporate off-sites, dealer trips, incentive tours & conferences.
- Venue selection, event logistics, ground handling & on-site coordination.
- Robust vendor network across domestic & international destinations.

6️⃣ Hotels & Supplier Relations Executive
- Negotiate best net rates with hotels, DMCs & consolidators.
- Maintain supplier contracts, rate sheets & inventory updates.
- Resolve overbookings, upgrades & service discrepancies.

7️⃣ CRM & Operations Coordinator
- Maintain client records, booking logs & cost sheets in CRM.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational & sales reports.
- Ensure fast revert times and seamless client communication.

✅ Common Requirements (Across All Roles)

- Education: Bachelor's in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- Experience: 3–8 years in travel operations (role-dependent).
- Communication: Excellent written & verbal English (Hindi a plus).
- Tools: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + CRM experience.
- Mindset: Ownership, urgency, attention to detail, and problem-solving under pressure.
- Availability: Willing to work 6 days/week + 24x7 on-call support for clients (rotational).
