Responsibilities

Client Consultation and Requirement Analysis:

- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, budget, and specific needs for a leisure or business trip.

- Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, travel packages, accommodations, and transportation options.

- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination knowledge, and industry regulations to offer the best solutions.

Booking and Execution:

- Create and present customized travel proposals that meet the client's requirements.

- Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

- Secure the best possible rates and deals for clients by liaising with various travel suppliers and vendors.

- Manage all reservations and bookings through relevant booking systems and software.

Client Service and Relationship Management:





- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire travel process, from the planning stage to their return.

- Provide clear and comprehensive travel documents, including itineraries, e-tickets, and booking confirmations.

- Handle any travel-related issues, such as flight changes or cancellations, with professionalism and a proactive approach.

- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales and Administration:

- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and bookings in the CRM system.

- Process payments and manage billing efficiently and securely.

- Promote special travel packages, promotions, and loyalty programs to clients.
