Travel Consultant / Travel Executive

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant / Travel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry, with good knowledge of travel bookings, customer handling, itinerary planning, and travel services.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

ONLY candidates who meet BOTH of the following requirements are eligible to apply:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the Travel / Tourism industry
- Minimum qualification: Graduate

Candidates who do not meet both the above criteria will NOT be considered. Please do not apply if you do not fulfill the mandatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international travel bookings and customer requirements.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable travel options and packages.
- Prepare and coordinate travel itineraries according to customer requirements.
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, destinations, travel policies, and booking conditions.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, tour operators, and other travel service providers.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, customer information, and travel documents.




- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Resolve booking-related issues efficiently and professionally.
- Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Executive, Travel Agent, or similar role.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel.
- Experience in flight ticketing, hotel booking, holiday packages, and itinerary planning.
- Strong communication, negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of travel destinations and tourism products.
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries and bookings efficiently.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is professional, confident, customer-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate about the travel industry. Candidates with a proven track record in travel sales and customer handling will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
