Role & responsibilities

- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.

- Prepare customized itineraries based on budget and preferences.

- Handle travel inquiries, calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.

- Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets.

- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.

- Manage booking changes and customer queries.

Preferred candidate profile

- 13 years of experience in Travel/Tourism/Travel Sales.

- Valuable communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

- Strong destination and travel package knowledge.

- Customer-focused and target-oriented.

- Graduate in any discipline; Travel & Tourism background is a plus.
