Job Title: Travel Advisor Front Sales (GIT / Outbound Holidays)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Travel Advisor to lead our front sales and walk-in counter operations. Specializing in Group Inclusive Tours (GIT) for Europe, the UK, and global destinations, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for converting face-to-face walk-in clients and multi-channel leads into confirmed group tour bookings, ensuring exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Consultation: Assess client requirements, including travel destinations, timelines, budgets, group size, and personal preferences to deliver tailored recommendations.
- Itinerary Customization: Design and recommend suitable Europe, UK, and worldwide holiday packages that align seamlessly with client expectations and financial parameters.
- Sales Conversion: Drive end-to-end sales by nurturing multi-channel leads, addressing inquiries proactively, overcoming objections, and securing confirmed bookings.
- Operational Coordination: Partner cross-functionally with the operations team to manage seamless execution of flights, accommodations, ground transfers, sightseeing, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- End-to-End Client Relationship Management:



Cultivate long-term client relationships by providing continuous support before, during, and after travel.
- Resolution Management: Handle client escalations calmly and professionally, coordinating internally to deliver swift and effective solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in travel front sales, retail travel counters, or outbound tour operations.
- Sales Acumen: Exceptional face-to-face communication, persuasive closing skills, and a polished, confident demeanor.
- Communication Proficiency: Fluent in English and regional languages, with strong written and verbal correspondence abilities.
- Composure Under Pressure: Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure retail environments, client inquiries, and escalations with a customer-first mindset.
