Contractor Behavioral & Leadership Facilitator

Role Overview

We are looking for a Behavioral & Leadership Facilitator to design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences focused on leadership, self-awareness, collaboration, and behavioral change.

Key Responsibilities

- Design behavioral & leadership workshops, reflection activities, discussion guides, and scenario-based learning.
- Facilitate immersive sessions focused on leadership mindset, interpersonal skills, and behavioral development.
- Partner with SMEs and team leads to translate culture and leadership expectations into practical learning experiences.
- Create psychologically protected, engaging, and discussion-led learning environments.
- Continuously improve content based on participant feedback and group dynamics.
- Support L&D; operations, including LMS management, scheduling, logistics, and virtual sessions.

Key Requirements
- Strong experience in behavioral content design and leadership facilitation.




- Knowledge of habit formation, growth mindset, psychological safety, influence, and self-awareness.
- Skilled in scenario-based, reflective, and experiential learning.
- Experience facilitating diverse/cross-cultural audiences; APAC experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Situational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, Hogan, MBTI, StrengthsFinder, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency with Zoom, Google Meet, Miro, and LMS platforms.
- Coaching/ICF or equivalent certification is an advantage.
