About the Role
We are looking for a Trainer with experience in both PCB and AAO to deliver practical, engaging training and support learners in developing job-ready skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on PCB and AAO as per the curriculum.
- Deliver practical, activity-based sessions and clarify learner queries.
- Assess learner performance and provide feedback/support.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
- Coordinate with the project team on training schedules and learner progress.
- Ensure timely completion of training and learning outcomes.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline.
- 1-2 years of training/teaching experience with hands-on experience in both PCB and AAO.
- Experience in skill development/vocational training will be preferred.
Key Skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Practical knowledge of PCB & AAO.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Basic MS Office/computer skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
