Role Description The Trainer - Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL) will design and deliver classroom-based training sessions on Oracle database concepts, SQL, and PL/SQL to learners at various levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing structured course materials, developing practical examples and hands-on lab exercises, and explaining complex topics in an accessible way. The trainer will conduct regular assessments, provide feedback and mentoring, and support learners with real-time project guidance aligned with industry practices.





The role also involves updating course content to reflect current Oracle features, participating in technology workshops, and coordinating with the academic and placement teams to improve learner outcomes. This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Oracle Database, including SQL and PL/SQL programming, with the ability to design and deliver structured training on these technologies.
- Experience in developing training materials such as lesson plans, slides, lab exercises, and real-time project scenarios for classroom delivery.
- Effective teaching, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in preparing for interviews and technical evaluations.
- Familiarity with eLearning platforms, video-based content, and online delivery methods is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications in Oracle or database technologies are preferred.
- Prior experience as a trainer, faculty member, or corporate instructor in database or software development domains is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a learner-centric mindset, and readiness to work on-site at the Hyderabad campus.
